📋 Description Own design quality for your domain cluster (finance, AI, mobile) from concept to ready. Mentor designers in your domains and elevate the work without formal management. Design AI- or agentic experiences, turning complex behavior into intuitive flows. Simplify complex enterprise workflows, including ERP integrations and financial ops. Shape our mobile app to delight field users, partnering with product and engineering. Set the standard for design craft and AI-native workflows; raise reviews with feedback. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of product design experience shipping complex products from concept to launch. Mentor and lead without formal management authority. Deep experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise workflows; financial/ERP preferred. Experience designing AI-powered or agentic experiences, preferred. AI-native in how you work: fluent with AI across synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and frontend code.
