📋 Description Own health, maintenance, and support of Reddit’s Workday integrations. Build and maintain Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect. Design scalable integrations between Workday and People systems. Lead end-to-end integration delivery: requirements through production support. Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response for integrations. Partner with Product, IT, Security, Analytics to translate needs into scalable solutions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years designing and building Workday integrations in enterprise environments. Deep Workday experience with Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs. Strong Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security configuration. Experience with data pipelines, SQL, BigQuery, and Redshift for analytics. Proven debugging and troubleshooting across integrations and security issues.
