📋 Description Lead Lyft's AI transformation for developer productivity. Define the AI tooling roadmap and priorities for engineering. Partner with engineering teams to build AI-native workflows. Run end-to-end programs from kickoff to delivery. Be the voice of the customer; surface pain points for roadmaps. Define success metrics to ensure ships solve real problems. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Technical Program Management or TPM/PM hybrid. Background in software, data, or systems engineering. Experience owning a roadmap: strategy and prioritization. Experience with developer productivity, tooling, or engineering platforms. Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
