Co-design onboarding, orientation, and learning experiences for interns and graduates. Collaborate with Talent Brand to design campus branding and engagement. Advise leaders and maintain pipeline health; use ATS for accurate hiring metrics. 🎯 Requirements Recruiting & Sourcing Expertise: Full-cycle recruiting across internships and grads. Program & Event Facilitation: Design and lead onboarding and workshops. Stakeholder & Candidate Relationships: Build relationships with leaders and candidates.
