📋 Description Build and ship features for Customer Insights, incl. events, history, logs, and dashboards. Partner with Data Platform/Observability teams to build data collection. Own end-to-end work from implementation to testing and rollout. Write and maintain backend and product code used by multiple teams. Surface blockers early and collaborate to resolve them. Help maintain checks for freshness, completeness, and correctness. 🎯 Requirements 2-5 years building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production. Backend skills in TypeScript, Go, Python, Java, C++, or similar. Enthusiasm to learn event-driven systems and analytics pipelines. Developing data modeling instincts; comfortable with schemas and queries. Writes clean, well-tested code and values code reviews.
