Translate concepts and platform capabilities into prescriptive recommendations for customers. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed the roadmap and innovate. Develop scalable processes and docs to speed customer time-to-value. Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER AI solutions in accounts. 🎯 Requirements Over 5 years in technical SaaS, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, consulting, or TAM. Deep Python fluency and API usage, including designing prompts and linguistics for AI. Proven track record delivering complex tech solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B. Excellent communication and presence, simplifying AI concepts for technical teams and execs. Builder mindset with passion for emerging tech; eager to experiment and iterate in AI.
