Engineering Manager, Payments

📋 Description Lead the Payments engineering team delivering reliable web apps. Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize payments roadmap. Coach engineers with regular 1:1s and performance conversations. Balance delivery speed with engineering quality and maintainability. Guide the team through technical tradeoffs for reliability and scalability. Foster a collaborative, data-driven engineering culture. 🎯 Requirements 2–3+ years leading SaaS engineering teams as an Engineering Manager. Experience leading SaaS web app teams. Experience in payments, billing, fintech, or similar domains. Experience with Stripe, Recurly, Chargify or similar. Ruby on Rails strongly preferred; React experience helpful.
