📋 Description Perform routine HVAC maintenance and inspections. Inspect rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps. Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, thermostats. Read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Communicate findings with clients and team. Maintain accurate service records and system conditions. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred. 1+ years HVAC maintenance or service experience. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and components. EPA 608 certification (required). Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
