📋 Description Administer and coordinate design/construction activities for complex projects. Manage project planning, problem-solving, and execution for smooth delivery. Uphold quality, compliance, and performance standards with all consultants. Review design/construction documents to identify and resolve errors early. Collaborate with architects/engineers on change orders and technical issues. Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, school personnel, and senior staff. 🎯 Requirements At least five years of construction management experience. Valid NY or NJ driver's license. Experience managing all phases of construction work. Public agency experience in NYC preferred. K-12 or Higher Education project experience preferred.
