📋 Description Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to keep systems running at peak performance Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC equipment Repair or replace components including motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats Read and apply wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals Keep clients and teammates informed on service findings and next steps 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training a plus 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role Solid grasp of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components EPA 608 certification Ability to read technical documents and blueprints Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and certification support
