📋 Description Own features end-to-end - design, build, ship, and operate in production Contribute to architecture decisions in AI/agent and core coach systems Write high-quality, well-tested, observable code; do reviews and pairing Treat privacy, security, and health data handling seriously Break ambiguous problems into shippable work with pragmatism Partner with product, design, and Data to turn requirements into software 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field Strong engineering skills with end-to-end ownership of features and backends Experience operating what you build: testing, deployment, and observability Comfort with ambiguity and ability to ship from rough problems Clear communication and ability to work across product, design, and engineering Able to work from our San Francisco office a minimum of 2 days per week
