📋 Description Serve as execution partner to Handshake's President & COO. Lead operating rhythm: planning, reviews, board prep. Produce first drafts with proposed answers aligned to principal. Provide independent, data-driven view of performance. Create concise board memos and partner-facing narratives. Drive strategic projects end-to-end and enable AI leverage. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years delivering decision-ready work for senior leaders (strategy, banking, corp dev). Proficient in financial modeling and large-data analysis; SQL a must. AI fluency; use AI to create leverage in work. Excellent written comms; board memos and exec narratives.
