📋 Description Operate PCB assembly machines (SMT placement, reflow, coatings, inspection). Perform thermal and functional tests on electronic hardware (setup, testing, troubleshooting). Document failure modes and analyze data to improve quality. Maintain and calibrate production equipment via preventive maintenance. Prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines. Kitted components and measured parts to support assembly. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year hands-on electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing. 2+ years electro-mechanical assembly/integration experience. Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, schematics, and parts lists. Proficiency with PC, Windows, ERP, and related software.
