📋 Description Turn complex product, customer, and risk data into clear insights. Own end-to-end execution: analysis, metrics, experimentation, forecasting. Define measurement frameworks for FloatMe products (eligibility, repayment, outcomes). Partner with ML Engineers to evaluate models and connect risk to impact. Design experiments and policy rollouts to shape access and growth. Communicate insights to stakeholders across technical, product, and business teams. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years applying AI, ML, or statistics in decisioning contexts. Master's degree in a quantitative field; PhD welcomed. Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python; data visualizations. Strong product, analytical, and statistical judgment. Experience using AI tools to improve analysis speed and quality. Fintech background; consumer finance experience.
