Senior Director of Software Quality Assurance

📋 Description Own the strategy, org, and culture of quality across Appspace's multi-product SaaS platform. Build and lead a globally distributed QA org spanning manual, automation, and performance testing. Embed shift-left quality as a design discipline with engineering partnerships. Define frameworks, tooling, metrics, and governance for scalable quality. Oversee QA budget, tooling, and vendor relationships; establish a center of excellence. Partner with the AI-driven development lifecycle and surface quality signals to leadership. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 10–15 years in software quality with senior QA leadership. Proven experience leading QA across manual, automation, and performance for a large-scale SaaS. Deep hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, and Postman. Experience integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) with trend-based regression detection.
