Job Description
📋 Description Lead and grow electrical test engineering team for PCBA bring-up and system tests Define test strategies for power electronics, low-voltage avionics, digital/mixed-signal HW Build automated test infra, scripted tests, data capture, and automated analysis Oversee board-level and system-level validation including functional, performance, environmental, fault-injection Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions across components and avionics Partner with hardware design for DFx and design-for-testability input 🎯 Requirements PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering (or B.S. with exceptional relevant experience) Extensive experience in PCBA bring-up, debugging, validation, and electrical system troubleshooting Strong background in system-level testing of complex electrical systems (avionics, inverters, OBCs, DC-DC, power distribution) Deep knowledge of power electronics and low-voltage hardware used in mission-critical environments Proficient with electrical lab and measurement equipment and comfortable developing test infrastructure 3+ years leading electrical test engineering teams, including development of engineers technical and leadership skills 🎁 Benefits Equity and competitive rewards Generous PTO and sick leave policy Parental leave Annual learning and development stipend
