📋 Description Shape and operate Faire's AI governance program, including acceptable-use standards, data protection for AI tools, vendor and model risk review, and safe AI patterns. Partner with IT teams to harden endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, identity services, and networking. Design and implement controls that protect company information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Build guardrails and enablement that let teams experiment with AI quickly without creating new exposure; partner with Engineering rather than duplicating work. Advise employees on securing endpoints, office AV, and network gear, and publish clear runbooks. Build and deliver training that grows a culture of security, accountability, and practical awareness. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in enterprise security with hands-on experience. Practical experience in at least two areas: endpoint security, network security, data security, security operations, threat management, AI governance and security. Exposure to enterprise AI governance and security; eager to grow into owning more. Experience writing policies and audits for ISO 27001, SOX, and SOC 2 Type II. Strong written and verbal communication.
