📋 Description Lead Alabama Forestry Accelerator Program Manager in Southeast Alabama. Serve as the face of gener8tor in Dothan; frontline for startups. Manage recruitment, mentor/investor relations, and program operations. Run two accelerator programs and ensure KPI attainment. Build relationships with mentors, investors, universities, and partners. Plan and host events, office hours, and networking activities. 🎯 Requirements Residence in or relocation to Dothan, AL. Deep commitment to Alabama startup ecosystem and founders. Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, problem-solving attitude in fast-paced env. Highly organized self-starter; manage multiple projects and deadlines. Flexible schedule; occasional nights/weekends for events. Willingness to travel regionally for events and meetings.
