📋 Description Lead flight control law design and flight dynamics for prototypes. Lead embedded flight control and autopilot software from architecture to test. Support rapid prototyping end-to-end from concept to HIL/flight test. Own the flight controls and software discipline across Special Programs. Conduct technical feasibility assessments of new opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Archer teams and government stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Controls, Electrical, or Computer Eng. Experience in flight control law, flight dynamics, or stability analysis; 8-12 years. Experience developing embedded flight control or autopilot software. Familiarity with control design, simulation, and embedded software tools. Work across full lifecycle from concept to prototype in fast-paced settings.
