📋 Description Lead end-to-end design, dev, and lifecycle mgmt of cross-functional apps; System Owner. Manage validation engineers and admins; partner with Quality Control, Analytical Dev, and R&D. Direct IT R&D lab systems and CSV process improvement; own lab modernization roadmap. Guide development, configuration, and implementation for lab systems; mentor IT staff. Manage rollouts and upgrades for lab systems; ensure audits, uptime. Develop metrics and monitor performance; ensure production support and CSV documentation. 🎯 Requirements BA/BS in computer science or related field. 10+ years in IT business applications/relationship mgmt in biotech/pharma. Extensive IT R&D lab systems, laboratory informatics, and CSV in regulated environments. Leadership in lab modernization, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement. System integration, dashboards, analytics, and digital transformation in scientific environments.
