📋 Description Lead day-to-day Phlebotomy Solutions ops: patient care, phlebotomy, admin. Cover clinics as needed; select best blood collection method; prep specimens. Travel up to 50% for audits, onsite visits, and team training. QA & audits: coordinate audits; QA checks on patient coordination, documentation, MPX platform. Oversee onboarding, training, and supervision of phlebotomists across locations. Partner with Field Sales, Clinical Ops, and Compliance to resolve issues and share updates. 🎯 Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 5+ years phlebotomy; supervisory preferred. Certification: Phlebotomy certificate required per state regs. Leadership & mentoring capabilities. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management.
