IT Support Technician (Logistics)

📋 Description Manage on-site IT asset inventory and lifecycle. Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices. Configure and troubleshoot printers (desktop/label/MF). Configure non-traditional network devices (production/metrology/test) with SpaceX. Provide Tier 1-3 support to SpaceX employees. Troubleshoot software and hardware, in person and remotely. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalency. 1+ years building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems. Experience supporting Microsoft technologies. Mac, iOS, and Linux environments experience. Certifications: A+, Network+, MCSE. Excellent written, verbal, and phone communications skills.
