Staff Software Engineer, Observability

📋 Description Define and execute full-stack observability roadmap. Own observability control plane and ingestion pipelines. Lead six engineers to build scalable, self-service observability. Establish and maintain SLOs for 99.9% uptime. Partner with Command Center on dependencies and incident workflows. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in software engineering with observability infra ownership. Deep Kubernetes and cloud exp (AWS preferred) at scale. Strong Go or Python skills with production instrumentation. Experience owning an observability control plane or telemetry pipeline.
