Optimize procedures to improve safety, efficiency, and data integrity. Translate lab learnings into field procedures downstream. Implement automation using Python and in-house testing software. Support deployment and training for test systems with cross-functional teams. 🎯 Requirements Degree in chemical or electrical engineering or related field. 4+ years of method development experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Safety-first mindset. Proven experience owning procedures and work instructions. Hands-on experience testing your own designs across systems. Proficiency in Python and SQL; data analysis for automation.
