Assistant Audio & MIT Technician

📋 Description Setup, tune, maintain, and repair instruments and playback systems. Operate the sound console for performances and rehearsals. Monitor in-ear mixes and playback for performer comfort. Prepare and tune band instruments before shows. Execute show cues, sound checks, and system checks. Assist with load-in/load-out and touring equipment prep. 🎯 Requirements 2–3 years live sound for theatre, concerts, or touring. Digital mixing consoles, playback systems, mics, and IEM. Instrument maintenance and tuning (percussion, strings, electronic). Audio networking, RF coordination, and power distribution preferred. Strong troubleshooting and ability to work in fast-paced touring. Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and travel domestically (Nov 2026–Dec 2026). 🎁 Benefits Full-time touring contract.
