📋 Description Own customer and business outcomes; partner with Product, Design, Data, Ops to define measurable success. Lead technical direction; guide architecture across services; balance speed, reliability, simplicity, health. Build a high-agency team; provide context, ownership, urgency; coach engineers across levels. Raise execution standards; deliver valuable improvements frequently, reduce ceremony, manage risk. Develop exceptional people; hire and retain engineers; coach, recognize leaders, address underperformance. The Team: collaborate with engineers across Slice and with Product, Design, Data, Operations; value asynchronous communication and geography-neutral context.
