📋 Description Own infra vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap. Lead infra, platform, and SRE teams; hands-on engineer. Own reliability end-to-end; define SLOs and budgets. Manage on-call rotation; serve as incident commander. Drive AI-boosted SRE transformation and tooling. Partner with Security & Compliance to meet PCI-DSS & SOC 2. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in infra/platform/SRE; 5+ years leading teams. Deep hands-on AWS prod experience: compute, networking, IAM, multi-account. Deep Kubernetes production experience (EKS preferred); cluster lifecycle. Deep expertise with RDS/Aurora (MySQL/Postgres): HA, backups. Proven DR/BC ownership; defined RTO/RPO; tested failovers. AI-forward leadership; using AI tooling in ops today.
