📋 Description Lead Data Lineage product; own roadmap and vision. Architecture for high-throughput streaming and graph traversal. Cross-functional collaboration with PM, SRE, and engineering teams. Define SLOs; drive incident response and reliability. 🎯 Requirements Engineering Leadership: 10+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading teams. Product leadership: Collaborate with PMs to define scope, prioritize backlog, ship outcomes. Strategic communication: Bridge engineering, product, and leadership; translate trade-offs. Bias for action: Operate in ambiguity; shape roadmaps when requirements are unclear. Distributed Systems: Experience with high-throughput streaming systems (Kafka) in production. System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable architectures; backpressure and circuit breaking. Database Architecture: PostgreSQL data modeling, sharding, and performance optimization.
