📋 Description Generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets for high-converting ads. Craft animations across platforms and formats, including newer ones. Develop transitions, typography, visuals, and compositing sequences. Maintain brand direction while enabling creative experimentation. Elevate storytelling to drive performance, not just polish. Own pipeline from concept to final render with speed and iteration. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years as a Motion Designer, ideally in performance marketing. Strong portfolio showing motion range and mobile-first thinking. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma a plus). Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar. Ability to work independently, manage time and deadlines in a fast-changing environment. Familiarity with creative performance metrics and a desire to create ads that convert.
