Proficiency in Windows/macOS admin and UEM (CrowdStrike, Jamf, Microsoft Intune/MEM, Workspace ONE, ServiceNow). Proven record in vulnerability management, patching, and risk mitigation at enterprise scale. Strong diagnostic skills across device security, OS, network, and apps.
