📋 Description Own application security for our AI dating platform as we scale Hands-on security across app security, risk & compliance, and awareness Ensure safety for AI-generated content and protect users Manage external security audits and penetration tests Maintain risk register and GRC docs; support audit follow-up Monitor security channels, alerts, and incident response 🎯 Requirements Solid experience in application security (code review, vulnerability management) Experience coordinating penetration tests and security audits Comfortable shipping code with Git/GitHub workflows Scripting/automation skills Familiarity with AI/LLM security concepts (bonus) Strong English communication and collaboration 🎁 Benefits Fully remote work 4 weeks PTO per year Annual in-person gathering Health & wellness stipend: 100 USD/month via OpenUp Co-working budget up to twice monthly (35 EUR / 40 USD per visit) Learning budget, laptop & equipment, AI tools access
