AI Enablement Engineer- Developer Experience

📋 Description Partner with engineering to identify high-leverage AI opportunities in the dev workflow. Build and maintain the internal AI platform (skills, plugins, MCP servers, integrations). Own architecture and standards for agent releases: reliability, evals, efficiency, secure access. Improve onboarding, docs, and discovery for AI tools (skills catalogs, guides, wikis). Stay aligned with agentic AI and developer-tooling trends to shape standards/roadmap. Contribute to AI enablement for engineering: learning programs, office hours, change mgmt.
