📋 Description Design, build, and test Benefits renewal features. Improve UX for renewing benefits for customers. Automate complex health insurance processes. Mentor engineers on hard problems at scale. Scale large Ruby on Rails and React apps. Collaborate with PM, Data, Design, and Platform Eng to prototype, iterate, and launch daily. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software development experience. Own multi-quarter projects with measurable impact. Lead cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Ruby on Rails experience; JS/React familiarity.
