Senior Quality Assurance Engineering Lead

📋 Description Own QA strategy and release readiness for a product area. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure coverage. Lead test planning, execution, and automation strategy. Mentor QA engineers and improve QA processes and tools. Guide teams through complex releases and changing priorities. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on QA: functional, integration, regression, exploratory, release testing. Experience leading QA for a product, project, or engineering team. Strong test strategy, risk-based testing, impact analysis, defect management. Practical web and API automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium. Familiarity with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test maintenance. Collaborates with PMs, devs, leads to resolve quality and delivery concerns.
