📋 Description Own Handshake's corporate communications strategy and sharpen external narrative. Build and manage press relationships in workforce and AI industries. Proactively pitch stories, data insights, and thought leadership. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on executive narratives, speeches, and talking points. Prepare executives for high-visibility media engagements and events. Build scalable comms processes for press intake, approvals, and launches. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years corporate comms, PR, exec comms, or media relations in tech or agency. Strong executive comms experience partnering with founders/CEOs. Proven ability to build press relationships and earned media. Excellent writing and messaging translating complex topics. Strong judgment under pressure in reactive moments.
