Generosity Engagement Manager

📋 Description Build and strengthen relationships with YouVersion's recurring givers. Develop and execute engagement strategies, communications, and experiences. Collaborate with Donor Experience, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product teams. Lead care strategy and automation to engage givers at scale. Design workflows and tools for consistent donor experiences. Track engagement outcomes and report insights to improve strategies. 🎯 Requirements Self-motivation, initiative, and problem solving. Multi-tasking and time management under strict deadlines. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Ability to identify and communicate meaningful stories of ministry impact.
