📋 Description Design, develop, and integrate ground systems for engine test and launch Collaborate with vehicle, propulsion, avionics, software, and test teams Oversee fabrication, bring-up, and validation of test systems Create ICDs and engineering drawings aligning ground and flight hardware Ensure systems are compliant and operable under high-stakes conditions 🎯 Requirements BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering 1+ years designing and deploying test or electrical integration systems Strong knowledge of electrical signal integrity, grounding, shielding, and power Hands-on experience designing, building, and commissioning electromechanical ground systems Familiarity with Ethernet, RS-422, CAN, MIL-STD-1553 Familiarity with data acquisition/control platforms such as NI or Beckhoff 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and equity Generous PTO and sick leave policy Parental leave Annual learning and development stipend
