📋 Description Author, standardize, and enforce internal SOPs across the org Own end-to-end internal process documentation and data standards Establish internal change management with documentation standards Lead internal automation and AI/workflow initiatives Govern internal systems administration (ConnectWise PSA, Datto RMM, docs platform) Design and implement internal QA/testing processes 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in operations, service delivery, or PMO leadership (MSP/IT services) Proven experience building operational infrastructure Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA and Datto RMM (MSP tooling) and MSP metrics Comfortable in small-company environment with strategic and execution roles Strong bias toward documentation, process discipline, measurable improvement Experience with internal automation and workflow tooling; interest in AI-driven improvement 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work model in Portsmouth, NH Build and lead core operations backbone Direct reporting to the CEO Influence automation and AI-driven improvements Collaborative, growth-focused environment MSP/IT services leadership experience valued
