📋 Description Partner with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams for Stripe's largest users. Develop risk mitigation frameworks for existing Stripe users. Research risk performance and craft long-term growth plans. Propose multiple solutions with clear execution criteria. Represent Stripe in external engagements with key partners. Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects as needs evolve. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech. Familiar with KYC/KYB, AML, OFAC, and fraud risk. Experience in risk, compliance, legal, or consulting. Experience developing risk strategies with cross-functional teams. Distill complex regulatory issues into clear guidance. Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, data science, and operations.
