📋 Description Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8+ tools and automation engineers. Standardize onboarding, IDPs, and performance metrics for the group. Collaborate with Tech Directors and Product Managers to define standards and automate pipelines. Oversee automated testing, CI/CD, and reusable content tools to reduce bottlenecks. Maintain sharp technical skills by coding non-time-critical components and reviewing docs. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in software engineering; 2+ years directly managing engineers. Deep knowledge of software development pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD. Proficient in C++, C#, or Python in large multi-branch codebases. Excellent communication and ability to bridge technical and product teams. Undergrad or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent. 🎁 Benefits Experience with Unreal Engine 5 core systems, editor tooling, or Blueprint.
