Print Production Lead

📋 Description Operate production printing and mailing equipment Run mailing inserters and envelope printers Assist with preflight and layout setup for jobs Operate hydraulic guillotine cutters Maintain and troubleshoot on-site printing equipment Request equipment service calls as needed Assist with monthly inventory counts Open/close site under supervision Distribute finished print jobs to fulfillment Follow company quality standards Estimate print and labor costs for assets Complete monthly volumes and billing reports 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of high-volume print shop experience (preferred) Knowledge of Google Sheets (preferred) Experience with Fiery, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe CC (preferred) Customer service experience (preferred) 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Short-term disability insurance Parental leave Employee assistance programs Four weeks of PTO for FT employees
