📋 Description Support land acquisition and property research for restoration projects. Identify, evaluate, and secure land assets with internal teams. Learn business, legal, and environmental factors shaping strategy. Western NC and parts of Eastern Tennessee; remote/NC office options. Assist online research, field visits, and owner communications. Understand RES land model and how land supports mitigation and stewardship. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., environmental studies, real estate). 1+ year in land acquisition, real estate, or sales (preferred). Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe. Strong internet research skills and ability to learn property records systems. Willingness to learn Google Earth, GIS tools, and RES platforms.
