Mold Polisher, Tool & Die (Starlink) - Level 4/5

📋 Description Polish milled, EDM, and turned surfaces in hardened H-13 and P-20. Polish and detail die/mold surfaces to prescribed finishes. Maintain draw polish to release parts/castings. Add radii and blending contours; assist with spotting/fitting. Provide technical leadership to less experienced employees. ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years polishing plastic injection molds. 3+ years mold maintenance experience. Proficient with power tools (air/electric), profilers, grinders. TIG welding experience a plus. Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 25 lbs.
