Senior Product Manager - Agent Experience

📋 Description Lead strategy for Agent Experience and Agent Workspace. Define vision for agent productivity and AI-assisted workflows. Create and maintain a roadmap for Agent Workspace and Manager Experience. Partner with Eng, UX, AI, Infrastructure, CS to deliver scalable experiences. Champion user-centered design to simplify workflows and boost productivity. Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand pain points. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise SaaS. Experience building products for customer service agents and enterprise apps. Strong knowledge of authentication, security, APIs, IAM, and cloud-native. Experience collaborating with UX designers for enterprise UX. Proven ability to define strategy and execute roadmaps in Agile.
