📋 Description Lead and mentor three Agile software engineering teams. Own the technical roadmap and delivery for Inventory, Discovery, and Identity Graph. Guide cloud-native microservices built with .NET 9, Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch. Design scalable distributed systems and cloud services. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, and Engineering leadership on strategy. Promote AI coding assistants, design tools, and automated testing. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing Agile software engineering teams. 5+ years hands-on software development experience, preferably with .NET/C# or similar backend technologies. Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Experience building and operating scalable applications on Azure or AWS.
