CareCloud admin: upload documents, update patient info, data entry. Make follow-up calls for meds, visits, and messages. Schedule appointments and telehealth visits. Process payments for services. 🎯 Requirements Behavioral health background; 1+ year front office in healthcare. Excellent English communication; articulate and reliable. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Familiar with CareCloud EHR and HIPAA compliance. Strong data entry and patient intake skills.
