📋 Description Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and maintain metric architecture. Lead a weekly metrics review; perform root-cause analysis and distinguish signal from noise. Shape business narratives; translate data into actionable recommendations. Collaborate on measurement strategy for pilots and company initiatives. Decompose high-level goals into structured, testable hypotheses and analytics frameworks. Partner with tech and operations to design, evaluate, and interpret experiments. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years data analytics; senior-level; extraction, cleaning, analysis; A/B testing. Advanced SQL and Looker (or similar BI tools); Excel/Sheets. Python and/or R for data analysis. Familiarity with dbt and modern analytics engineering. Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts to executives.
