Senior Job Captain, Retail Architecture

📋 Description Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across all phases. Provide AutoCAD/Revit support for project documents. Utilize design and document resources for design and construction docs. Assist the Project Manager with construction services (site visits, shop drawings). Perform project code searches and analysis. Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets; manage submittals. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of Architecture experience. Retail project experience preferred. Bachelors in Architecture preferred; equivalent experience considered. Revit skills. Knowledge of building codes. Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
