📋 Description Own development, optimisation and control of coated consumables in a clean-room. Lead transfer from R&D into Manufacturing and support process development. Identify CPPs & CQAs; define control strategies and SPC. Develop and optimise processes for coated consumables using DoE. Collaborate across R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and Operations. Based at Botley (Oxford) site with 4 days on-site; travel to Littlemore. 🎯 Requirements Degree in Chemical Eng, Materials Science, Surface Science, Chemistry or related. Extensive process engineering in regulated manufacturing; clean-room experience. Hands-on coating technologies and surface treatments. Proficiency in stats tools (Minitab, JMP) and DoE/8D/FMEA. Strong analytical and problem-solving; manages multiple projects. Excellent communication and collaboration with R&D, QA and Supply Chain. 🎁 Benefits Salary between £43,000 and £54,000 dependent on experience. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
