Jr. Accounting Associate

📋 Description Assist client onboarding for assigned engagements following procedures. Assist AP/AR, bookkeeping, monthly close, and financial reports; payroll as needed. Prepare depreciation schedules, sales journals, and sales tax returns; review payroll. Support regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial documents and investments. Assist with revenue forecasting and profit margin analysis. Support general ledger reconciliation and manage AP/AR. Prepare and file corporate and individual tax returns (e.g., 1099s). Assist with researching complex tax issues to identify solutions. Assist with research projects and preparation of financial reports as needed. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; Master’s preferred. Entry-level role; candidates with up to 2 years’ experience ideal. Excellent written and verbal English communication; interviews in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Eager to learn US accounting systems; US GAAP knowledge a plus.
